Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. This is your legal right of withdrawal under European consumer law.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal?
Send an email to reloveoutlet@hotmail.com with the following information:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- A statement that you are exercising your right of withdrawal
Conditions
- You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us of your withdrawal
- After your notification, you have another 14 days to return the product
- Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product is defective or incorrect
- The product must be returned unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including original packaging and tags
Exceptions
The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons:
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits / body tops
- Earrings
- Any item that comes into direct contact with intimate areas
Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive your refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
